We understand that unforeseen circumstances can result in the need to cancel a sauna session. Please read our policy below regarding cancellations carefully.
When a refund is due, it will be subject to a small admin fee to cover our time and bank costs.
Kindly allow 5-10 days for refunds to be processed.
PRIVATE BOOKINGS FOR COMMUNAL & PRIVATE WHOLE SAUNA
Cancellations within 48 hours of the start time cannot be refunded.
SPECIAL OCCASION BOOKINGS
For cancellation on whole sauna bookings for special occasions, e.g large groups, parties, birthdays etc, 2 weeks notice must be given before the date of booking, we will refund the full amount minus a 10% admin fee.
A cancellation less than 2 weeks before the date of hire cannot be refunded but please contact us to see if there is a potential for rescheduling subject to agreement.
LATE ARRIVALS
We understand that sometimes people are late for an appointment but please be aware that this means your sauna time will be reduced. We cannot make adjustments for late arrival and payment for the full session will stand.
If you do not show up or cancel on the day of your booking you will not be refunded or rescheduled.
All donations and or compensation for the time and or property through this website or any other outlet of the club, do so as a man or woman the private, directly to the man; Adam Charles law.
All donations and or compensation are given beforetime and or property will be shared.
Each man or woman takes full responsibility for themselves and does agree to treat others of mankind with respect taking responsibility for their own offences, feelings and emotions during interactions with others: We reserve the right to terminate membership to the club or remove immediate access, at our sole discretion, whether or not donation or compensation has been made in order to be part of the club.
We consider the information you have provided as your property and keep it private; We do not store details online; We do not store credit card or debit card numbers;
You can request a copy of any information that we hold about you; You can also request that we delete your information.
