TERMS & CONDITIONS

If you are making a booking on behalf of a group, it is your responsibility to make all users aware of the following terms and conditions and to practice safe sauna use.

Ensure that all sauna users are aware of the sauna etiquette before entering the sauna.

All persons using the sauna do so at their own risk. If you have any reservations regarding sauna use, such as medical conditions, underlying health problems, the use of prescription/recreational drugs or pregnancy, it is essential that you consult your GP before making a booking.

Any persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to enter the sauna.

Sauna sessions to last no more than 20 minutes at a time before a break (we recommend 5-20 minutes)

Do not touch any part of the stove or surround.

Nudity is not allowed during communal sessions. However if you were to book one of our saunas for exclusive use, you are welcome to sauna naked if EVERYONE agrees, but everybody will need to cover up outside of the sauna and in the shower/plunge areas, if overseen by the public.

When using the shower please do not use any products to ensure run off is kept pure.

Your time slot includes getting changed so please, have your swimwear on prior to your session starting.

Alcohol, smoking/vaping & food are not permitted in the sauna. (Drinking water only & no glass containers)

Please remove jewellery before entering the sauna to prevent burning to the skin.

Glasses or contact lenses should be removed before entering the sauna to avoid any damage to coatings and to prevent contact lenses from drying out.

Children between the ages 7 to 16 are permitted to use the saunas during private sessions only (full sauna to be booked) as long as an adult family member/guardian is present at ALL TIMES during the hire/use of the sauna.

Anyone under the age of 7 is NOT permitted to use the sauna.

Exposure to hot equipment, slippery surfaces, hot & cold temperatures is done so at your own risk.

Do not use the sauna if you have any contagious fungal infections or open wounds on your body or feet.

All persons using the cold tub, sea, lake, river or pool, do so at their own risk. It is your own responsibility to ensure that you are a capable swimmer and can handle being exposed to the cold temperatures, other dangers and varying conditions of sea, lake or river.

WildSide Sauna may offer complimentary essential oils and salts. Leave the sauna immediately if you have any adverse or allergic reaction, including difficulty breathing, eye, nasal or throat irritation.

We advise not to bring any valuable possessions to the sauna site and understand that WildSide Sauna accepts no liability for lost, damaged or stolen possessions on our site. We try to be vigilant on our sites and take care of our customers, however it is the customers full responsibility to ensure the safe guarding of their personal possessions at all times whilst on site.

Phones or electronics don’t like heat. If you choose to use any electronics or technology during your sauna sessions, do so at your own risk. WildSide Sauna is not liable for any damage to your possessions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can result in the need to cancel a sauna session. Please read our policy below regarding cancellations carefully.

When a refund is due, it will be subject to a small admin fee to cover our time and bank costs.

Kindly allow 3-5 days for refunds to be processed.

PRIVATE BOOKINGS FOR COMMUNAL SAUNA
For cancellation before 48 hours of the session start time, we will refund the full amount minus a 20% admin fee (or reschedule, but only once).

Cancellations within 48 hours of the start time cannot be refunded.

PRIVATE WHOLE SAUNA HIRE
For cancellation before 48 hours of the session start time, we will refund the full amount minus a 20% admin fee. Kindly allow 3-5 days for the refund to be processed.

A cancellation within 48 hours of the notice time and date cannot be refunded.

SPECIAL OCCASION BOOKINGS
For cancellation on whole sauna bookings for special occasions, e.g large groups, parties, weddings etc, 2 weeks notice must be given before the date of booking, we will refund the full amount minus a 10% admin fee.

A cancellation less than 2 weeks before the date of hire cannot be refunded but please contact us to see if there is a potential for rescheduling subject to agreement.

LATE ARRIVALS
We understand that sometimes people are late for an appointment but please be aware that this means your sauna time will be reduced. We cannot make adjustments for late arrival and payment for the full session will stand.

If you do not show up or cancel on the day of your booking you will not be refunded or rescheduled.
