We offer rates from 2 hours up to 6 hours a day or multi-day events usually including, a sauna host.

The sauna is available for private hire, community events, retreats, weddings, birthdays, boutique stays or other special occasions. Available in Norfolk and Suffolk area.

Basic rate includes firewood, changing cubicles however, the cold plunge is dependant upon a fresh water supply and the shower has a limited portable water supply available for off-grid events:

Starting from 2 hours £250

Half day (up to 4 hours) £350

1 day (up to 6 hours) £480

Multi-day event (up to 6 hours a day) £450
