WildSide Sauna “club” is a private membership club for those of mankind only to use. With access to the property and time of i; a man Adam Charles Law. All use of the club occur within the private domain only; your order confirms your acceptance to the agreement.
Affirmation
i, enter into this agreement of my own free will; I choose to establish this agreement between i, and the man, Adam Charles Law.
i, am responsible to assess that the environment is a safe place for i. If i am not adequately safe then i am free to leave.
i, am responsible for my own health and decisions before using the sauna, cold plunge, cold shower and or open water and surrounding environment.
i, am responsible for obtaining a General Practitioners (GP’s) advice for any health concerns not limited to heart conditions, circulatory issues, pregnancy, adhindrosis to name a few…, before using the sauna or cold plunge / shower.
i, understand that any claims of wrong and or trespass under this agreement shall be governed by law and maybe pressed in a court of law by and between those of mankind only.
i, am responsible for ensuring that all members of the party and their guests who i have booked in for are aware of this agreement.
i, agree to digitally autograph this agreement, without coercion, in exchange for access to the benefits offered and do acknowledge that i, have read, understand and agree to the laws of the club.
